The E-545 extrusion blow molding machine with a stroke of 545 mm is ideal for small to medium production of plastic packaging.
The E-545 of the E-LINE series is extremely versatile, available in both single and double shuttle configuration to duplicate productivity with a single investment. It can also produce using both Monolayer or COEX extrusion head (up to COEX 6). The E-LINE extrusion heads are all made in-house, except for specific customer requests.
The E-545 is ideal for the production of packaging for the food, cosmetic, detergent and industrial sectors. This machine model offers a wide range of plastic bottle or jerry can sizes ranging from 100 ml to about 7L.
The E-545 can produce various plastic materials including LDPE, HDPE, HMWPE, PP, E-PET, and PETG, either single or multilayer depending on the type of storage needed for the final product.
